Not all items on Omega Prints and Dezigns website qualify for free shipping.  If an item does not have Free Shipping expressly stated, then shipping fees will be applied o the purchase of that item.  The cost of shipping is variable to the courier of choice. Omega Prints and Dezigns default courier of choice is USPS and items are shipped as media mail.  When applicable, a tracking number will be assigned to your order upon shipping.  Omega Prints and Dezigns strives to ship orders by next business day and no later than 2 business days after an order is placed.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please review your purchases carefully before submitting an order. All monthly digital products are updated and replaced on the 15th of each month. Returns are not accepted for items purchased except in the case where Omega Prints and Dezigns provided the incorrect product to you.  Links to digital products are valid for 30 days.
